The Competition Commission of India has approved the acquisition of a certain shareholding in Nxtra Data Limited by Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP. 

Nature of Transaction 

The proposed combination relates to the acquisition by Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP of a certain shareholding in Nxtra Data Limited through a primary subscription of equity shares of the target company. 

About the Acquirer 

Alpha Wave Ventures II, LP is a private equity fund managed by Alpha Wave Ventures GP. Alpha Wave Ventures GP is described as a joint venture between Alpha Wave Global and Lunate Holding RSC Ltd.
