Central Government Designates Competent Authorities for Railway Land Acquisition in Karnataka

The Ministry of Railways (South Central Railway) issued Notification S.O. 822(E) on February 14, 2025, which was subsequently published in the Official Gazette on February 15, 2025. This delegated legislation formally authorized specific officers to act as Competent Authorities for land acquisition related to designated Special Railway Projects.
