Central Government Notifies Land Acquisition for NH-50 Widening in Nashik

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways issued a notification on August 25, 2025, under S.O. 3881(E), declaring the acquisition of land for the expansion of National Highway No. 50 in Maharashtra. Private Dry land belonging to Rahul Ramchandra Rathi in Village Chehadi, Taluk Nashik, District Nashik, measuring 0.05 hectares, vested absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
