The Schedule outlines allocations for key sectors, including ₹1,00,000 for Education (Secondary/Elementary)/Higher Education/Women and Child Development under Major Head 2235- Social Security and Welfare, ₹4,00,000 for Social Justice, Empowerment/Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Antodaya (SEWA)/Welfare of Ex-Servicemen under Major Head 2225- Welfare of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes and Minorities, and a substantial ₹127,05,51,819 for Public Works (Building and Roads)/Transport/Civil Aviation under Major Head 2216-Housing.
